At Starmount Inc, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food and beverage items), all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or consumed products
  • Change of mind or taste preference
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

This policy helps ensure product safety and quality for all customers.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us assess the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product, inner packaging, and shipping box (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

 

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier:

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate
  • If the carrier confirms loss, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion

 

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us or our fulfillment partners

 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
